2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.

      Top the chicken mixture with a handful of fresh spinach leaves.

        Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to secure the filling.

          In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.

            Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice each wrap in half diagonally.

              Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
