Zutaten
  

1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces

200g Burrata cheese

2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Anleitungen
 

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.

      Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and crisp.

        In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix everything evenly.

          Once the baguette slices are done toasting, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

            Place a generous scoop of the tomato mixture on each slice of toasted baguette.

              Tear the Burrata cheese into pieces and place on top of the tomato mixture.

                Drizzle balsamic glaze over the assembled bruschetta for an extra kick of flavor.

                  Serve immediately while the bread is still warm and enjoy!
